My last post allowed you to check if you are the creator or the destroyer of your life. You could also learn some tools how to be a better creator.


However, sometimes these tools are not enough so I will equip you with more proven tips on how to create a great life. They might be known but very few can use them for creation:


Learn about the universal laws and how they can help you create the life you desire. Today you will discover the power of manifestation, meditation, and prayer in manifesting your desires and creating positive change.


Understand the Law of Assumption, Law of Resonance, Law of Cause and Effect, and Law of Vibration. Incorporate practices such as gratitude, forgiveness, and kindness to raise your vibration and attract positive experiences.


Take responsibility for your actions and make choices aligned with your desired outcomes. Harness the power of manifestation, meditation, and prayer to manifest your desires and create a ripple effect of positivity in the world around you.


How to Be the Creator of an Awesome Life


The tools I will describe today are divided into some categories to make it easier to use them. You will read about how to work with mental and spiritual tools plus how to make the most of Universal Laws.


1. Use the Power of Your Mind


Mental health is necessary to create an awesome life. Nonetheless, you can start your new life even in the case of depression or bipolar disorder. Learn more about how to overcome depression.



Change Your Self-Talk


Convince your mind and ego that creation is possible. Start with changing your self-talk. Tell your mind:


Dear mind, please stop crabbing, it does not serve me. Let's transform it into ... (and say how you would like to live)

For example, in the case of health:


Let's transform it into a healthy and fit body, full of energy and vitality. let my diet be full of wholesome food and nutrients. let me find motivation to do workouts with enthusiasm and be committed to them. Let me always take care of my body.


Describe your new reality in your diary in the field of health, relationships, work and fun. Then utter it aloud every day with enthusiasm and passion. make it a habit. And in the case of sabotage or crabbing - use the quote presented above.

Practise Journaling


One of the most effective ways to uncover and understand your subconscious programs is through journaling.


By writing down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, you can gain valuable insights into the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.


Treat your journal as a personal mind programmer, allowing you to reprogram your thoughts and create new, empowering beliefs

Discovering and Changing Your Subconscious Programs


Our subconscious mind holds deep-seated beliefs and programming that often operate on autopilot.


By becoming aware of these subconscious programs, you can begin to challenge and change them. This can be done through techniques like hypnosis, therapy, or self-reflection.


There are many ways by which you can program your subconscious mind. Some are listed below (e.g. affirmations).


I can add using the Words of Power. You pick up a couple (maximum 3 - 4) words and focus on them before falling asleep, using all your senses. You do this for 3 - 7 consecutive days, then 3 days of break.


In this way, your life will start to change. there will be unexpected ideas, people and circumstances that will emerge, allowing you to create a happier life.

Other techniques to transform your mind:


  • Affirmations


Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself regularly. By affirming your desired beliefs and outcomes, you can reprogram your subconscious mind and align your thoughts with your goals.


For example, instead of saying "I can't do it," replace it with "I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to."


You can program anything by using affirmations, just learn how to use them. Here are some helpful articles:



  • Mirror work


Look into the mirror and speak positive affirmations to yourself. This technique can be incredibly powerful as it allows you to confront any negative self-talk and replace it with self-love and acceptance. Embrace your reflection and remind yourself of your worthiness and potential.


  • Visualisation


Visualization is a technique used by athletes, entrepreneurs, and successful individuals across various fields. By vividly imagining yourself achieving your goals, you can create a mental blueprint that guides your actions.


Visualize the life you desire, feel the emotions associated with your success, and watch as your subconscious mind starts aligning your reality with your visions.


  • Inner child healing


Our past experiences shape our subconscious beliefs and behaviours. Inner child healing involves reconnecting with your younger self and addressing any unresolved emotional wounds. By providing love, compassion, and healing to your inner child, you can release limiting beliefs and create a foundation for a healthier, happier mindset.

Thrash technique


The thrash technique involves physically shaking your body to release negative energy and emotions. Stand up, shake your arms and legs, and let go of any tension or negativity.


This technique can help you release any subconscious blocks and create space for positive thoughts and emotions.


I have described a similar technique based on holistic work. You visualise a big bin and each negative thought as a small piece of paper. Crumble the pieces of paper, diminish and frame. then throw it into the bin.


Finally, transform the bin into a furnace where you will burn your negativity and throw the ashes into the desert, where Mother Earth transforms them into something constructive.

2. Use the Universal Laws to Your Advantage


Like the Law of Gravity in physics, there are also Universal Laws. You can disagree with them but these laws will work anyway. I will be writing about the laws of assumption, cause and effect, resonance and vibration.


The Law of Assumption


The Law of Assumption states that whatever we assume to be true will be manifested in our reality. This means that our beliefs and assumptions about ourselves and the world around us shape our experiences.


By consciously choosing empowering beliefs and assumptions, we can align ourselves with the outcomes we desire.


For example, if we assume that we are capable, deserving, and worthy of success, we will attract opportunities and experiences that support this assumption.


On the other hand, if we assume that we are unworthy or incapable, we will continue to attract situations that validate these beliefs.


The Law of Resonance


The Law of Resonance states that we attract people, situations, and experiences that are in alignment with our energetic vibration. Like attracts like.


If we want to attract positive experiences and relationships, we must raise our vibration by cultivating positive thoughts, emotions, and actions.


Practising gratitude, forgiveness, and kindness can help us shift our vibration to a higher frequency. Surrounding ourselves with positive people and engaging in activities that bring us joy and fulfilment can also raise our energetic resonance.


By consciously choosing to align ourselves with positivity, we can attract more positive experiences into our lives.


The Law of Cause and Effect


The Law of Cause and Effect, also known as the Law of Karma, states that every action has a corresponding consequence. This means that the choices we make and the actions we take have an impact on our lives and the lives of others.


If we want to create positive change, we must take responsibility for our actions and make choices that align with our desired outcomes. By acting with integrity, kindness, and compassion, we can create a ripple effect of positivity in the world around us.


The Law of Vibration


The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe is made up of energy and has its unique frequency. Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs also emit vibrations that attract similar frequencies.


By consciously choosing to focus on positive thoughts and emotions, we can raise our vibrational frequency and attract more positive experiences into our lives. This can be done through practices such as affirmations, visualization, and meditation.

3. Use the Power of Manifestations


This tool is based on the Law of Assumption. You have the power to manifest miracles or disasters in your life, depending on what kind of thoughts you will sow.


Manifestations can concern any aspect of your life, starting from health and ending with finances. It is recommended to have a couple of manifestations first and work on them conscientiously.


Manifestations can also concern energy. For example, you can program your chakras to enhance something in your life. You will find more details in the recommended articles.

4. Use the Power of Your Soul


Sometimes mental tools are not enough or you feel too weak to work with energy. then ask your Soul and Higher Beings (angels, guardians, Jesus, Mary) for help.


Meditation


This is a versatile method of creation. You can use meditation to cleanse yourself from destructive energy, healing and creation of the life you want, plus recharge with Divine Energy.


Try meditation after getting up or before falling asleep. There is nothing wrong if you fall asleep while meditating. Your astral body will still code the creative messages started when you were awake.
