Many people set goals but do not achieve the desired results. Why? Because they forget about one important aspect: manifestations. Learn how to make them work instantly.

I have written a couple of articles about goal setting and pursuing. They can help you to achieve your goals efficiently.

There is nothing wrong in setting goals and it will work. However, I have discovered one important thing recently: if you want to achieve your goals quicker, add manifestations.

The truth is that combining the mental, emotional, and practical aspects together will rocket your progress.

Goal setting belongs to the mental aspect, manifestations to the emotional ones and the practical one – to your actions.

So, summing up, you need to set a goal, manifest it by setting an intention and take the necessary action. So, what can you do to achieve your goals more efficiently? Use manifestations. Today I will show you how to do it.

What Is Manifestation

There are many different definitions of the word ‘manifest’ but let’s check the simplest would be: a manifestation is something that is put into your physical reality through feelings, thoughts, and beliefs.

It simply means that you apply the Universal Law of Focus and Attraction: “Whatever you dwell on is what you are bringing into your reality” and “you attract everything you think about, talk about or do”.

You may focus on your goals through various tools: visualization, meditation, or just via work with your conscious or subconscious mind.

Other Universal Laws are also applied: the Law of Cause and Effect or the law of Correspondence.

The Benefits of Manifestation by Journaling

There are many methods of manifesting your goals, but journaling is the most common. This technique has many benefits: it increases mindfulness, organises your emotions, improves your mood and creates a path for goal setting.

We all know that writing amplifies the strength of your words. Combine the journaling with other methods of manifestation and you will see the difference. More about other methods of applying manifestations are below in this article.

How to Work with Manifestations

As in each case, chaos is not desirable if you want to achieve positive results while using manifestations. You need to follow specific steps, proven by me and other famous experts. Here they are:

1. Choose and Define What You Want

Too many manifestations, like too many goals, will not help you with the effective achievement of them. It is recommended to pick up a maximum of five manifestations in one go.

Even if you are working with one chakra only, there is more than one issue to consider. Check my last manifestations for each chakra.

You might be lost in the selection of manifestations. For example, I have given you 56 examples in my last article. To make a shortlist and pick up the best manifestation, ask these questions, preferably in writing:

• Do I really want this, in my heart of hearts?

• Does this manifestation feel right when I think about having this?

• How will I benefit from having this?

• How will I and other beings benefit from it (i.e., positive consequences)?

Caution: Be clear about what you want. To get what you want, you must know exactly what it is that you want: how much money, what type of a job, what kind of soulmate and so on.

Visualise the details of your manifestation vividly, using your five senses. More about working with manifestations is below in this article. Add your feeling which will take place when manifestation is fulfilled. Clarify your ‘why’.

2: Overcome the Obstacles Standing in Your Way

You will not manifest your goals efficiently in the case of some negative factors being on your way. Let me mention some of them:

Negative Mindset and Beliefs

Start from your inner world. What negative thoughts concerning a given manifestation hold you back?

For example: ‘I can’t…”, It’s impossible”, contradicting all actions you are planning to take. Take your intentions now and for each of them, write down all the reasons why you can’t implement them.

Negative Language

Using foul language will kill even the most powerful manifestation. You do not want to attract things that will be aggressive, hostile or full of hate and jealousy. Watch your words, also between reading and never use these words while creating your manifestations.

Lack of Patience

Sometimes you need to wait for manifestation to fulfil. Remember that everything you want will happen. but you cannot speed up the development of a foetus in the womb or a chicken in the egg. Some processes just last for a while. Always keep believing and keep working on your goal.

Toxic People

During working on manifesting your goals you need to make sure no one is holding you back. Never share your manifestations with anyone who demeans or criticises you, all complainers, and other victims.

If you are around such people, learn how to detach your energy and find a while when you can manifest your goals safely.

3. Create a Plan

This is the first step. Apart from reading your manifestation, you also need to do something. For example, no soulmate will come into your life without going out, signing up on a dating website and meeting new people. List all the things that you must do.

4. Take Action to Manifest What You Want

You have already defined what your intention will look like, why you want it and all the obstacles in this way. Now act.

4.1. Start Journaling

Choose a diary or notebook which you will use regularly. Write your manifestation down. Apart from the manifestation itself, add some supporting affirmations. More about affirmations below – check these articles and continue reading the current one:

This journal should also contain all the benefits of a given manifestation, your plan of action and the ways you will overcome obstacles. Review your journal regularly.

4.2. Visualize What You Want to Manifest

Having planned action concerning the current manifestation start by going to a quiet and private place and spend just a minute visualizing the thing you want.

Focus all your energy on seeing it with your mind’s eye, and later let all the good feelings about the object or outcome well up inside you.

Add all senses: what would you see, hear, and taste? What would you touch?

4.3 Try the 369 Manifestation Method

What is the 369-manifestation method? It is a part of journaling. Just write down the object or feeling you want in your life. For example:

· "I am wealthy, making billions on my luxury properties every day," or

· "I have a loving partner who supports, understands and cares.")

Do this three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night. To amplify results, add reading aloud, or you can read once written manifestation in front of the mirror.

4.4 Use the Pillow Method

In this way, you carry over your positive affirmations into your sleep. Simply write down your dreams and put them under your pillow before bed. Why is it working?

Because keeping the piece of paper with your manifestation under your pillow modifies your subconscious beliefs in a gradual but powerful way.

This happens because your manifestation contains your last thoughts of the day. Your dreams will improve, and you'll wake up feeling better. Moreover, writing things down before bed can help clear your mind, and having a positive bedtime ritual can shift your mindset.

4.5. Listen to Music while Manifesting

It is best to combine listening with other methods of manifestation. For example, you can write and/or read your manifestations aloud by listening to theta music.

4.6. Meditate

If you know your manifestation by heart, start meditating. Find a quiet and undisturbed place, lie down, or sit straight and close your eyes.

Visualise a peaceful place and move your mind there. Then cleanse under the waterfall. See the object of your manifestation, e.g., your soulmate.

Next, ask God for help with fulfilling your manifestation. Give it to angels and other Beings of Light. Then imagine the scenario of fulfilled manifestation.

And of course, you can listen to healing music during meditation. Of course, you must also check if a given object of manifestation is by your soul plan and if it is decent.

4.7. Act

As I wrote above, remember to implement your plan of action. I have mentioned some steps to take while looking for a soulmate. Now let’s think of money and wealth. Firstly, check your current budget.

Then find some ways to make more money and decide which one to use. Do the same for investment options. It all means calculating, web surfing, talking to people, and going to various places.

But do not forget to apply the 6 techniques of manifestation and use them regularly.

5. Practice Gratitude

It is much easier when you focus on the things you have, then more of them are attracted. Cultivating a daily gratitude practice can help revitalize you on your manifestation journey.

6. Acknowledge Signs from the Universe

Following the steps described above, don’t be surprised if you receive signs from the Universe that your plan is working. Never chalk everything up to coincidence. As yourself a question:

• What do I have to lose by shifting your mindset to believing I’m receiving signs that you’re on the right path toward manifestation?

Instead of being sceptical, realize that anything is possible, and you can achieve anything.

7. Trust the Process

Let your intention go. Once you have written it, stop thinking about it. Of course, during reading aloud or meditation you can focus on your manifestation, but at any other time, focus on something else.

This can be difficult, but you will be surprised by the results of this technique.

How Can You Discern Fulfilled Manifestation?

Following the process described above, you can expect that your dreams will manifest. There will be many signs that you should be looking out for to know that your manifestation is close.

Some of them will be small, and others might be staring you right in the face, without you knowing. What can these signs include?

•People are talking about your goals. It will happen even if you have not informed them about your goals. This may happen by the incident: other people in your life might bring up your goals in conversation, telling you that you would be good at some of your goals

• You can hear about your desires. Similarly, you could overhear someone’s conversation or listen to the radio, where they are talking about the very thing that you want. Moreover, you might have the urge to watch/listen to something connected with your manifestation.

• You see repeating numbers. They are angel numbers having important meanings and these are a good sign that your manifestation is close. Pay attention to the numbers you see and learn their meanings.

• Your manifestation becomes your reality. For example, you have been promoted to make more money, lose some weight, or improve your health. It may be a process so be patient and observe the process. Remember to record the signs of fulfilment in your journal.
