Hearing nasty voices in your head can be embarrassing and frightening. Discover holistic tools for solving this problem.
This article will show you the holistic approach to coping with voices heard in your head. I will mention the typical, scientific methods here, too though because sometimes, in extreme cases, e.g. isolation in the psychiatric ward is necessary.
How to Combat Voices in Head
To overcome the challenge of hearing destructive voices, you need a holistic approach, where academic medicine plays the background role and is used as the last resort. It may also happen that medical treatment may be unnecessary after applying the holistic tools of combating the nasty voices.
Of course, I do not encourage anyone to stop taking medication or seeing a psychologist for CBT therapy. You need to decide when to leave the matrix if you want to do it at all.
I will start from the spiritual aspect of healing nasty voices because it may turn out that you do not need medication. As I wrote in my previous post, there is nothing wrong with hearing the voices of positive beings or your helpful dead ancestors.
There are two cases you need to act: the mild one - at the beginning of hearing voices and the severe one when hearing voices has become very advanced, or even during being possessed by a demon. I will address these cases separately.
1. The Milder Case of Hearing Destructive Voices - Initial Tempting
Do not wait, act immediately to avoid more severe consequences. Beware every time you notice a sudden flow of negative thoughts in your mind, commanding it to do something. It simply means that the negative, and demonic, beings, are trying to manipulate you. They may try to discourage you by saying:
'There's no point doing that.'
'Nothing works in my life.'
'I always have to paddle against the creek in my life.'
'it's a dog's life.'
IT IS IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHAT IS IN YOUR HEAD AND WHAT YOU HEAR DOES NOT COME FROM YOU. - Aron
Also, bear in mind that demons will try to attack you with their voices when you are vulnerable, stressed out, or deprived of food or sleep. Let's say they have told you 'You will never make it'. As soon as you notice this voice, ACT IMMEDIATELY. Under no circumstances repeat these vices aloud. Here is what to do:
1.1. Talk to Your Mind
Tell your mind that this is something strange, in this way:
MY DEAR MIND, CLOSE EVERYTHING THAT COMES TO ME NOW. FOCUS ONLY ON... (SHOW A WONDERFUL WONDERFUL THOUGHT) - Aron
Say that as long as your mind focuses on something else, your light and strength.
1. 2. Pray
You can also ask God and angels for help. For example:
GOD, TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILD WHO NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW. GOD, PLEASE SURROUND ME WITH YOUR LOVE. I AM ASKING YOU TO CLEAN MY SPACE FROM NEGATIVE ENERGY. pLEASE, DETER ALL THE BEINGS WHO ARE NOW WITH ME FROM MY AURA AND SUBTLE BODIES. FILL ME WITH LOVE, HAPPINESS, JOY, FULFILLMENT OF MY DREAMS, ENERGY OF PLEASURE IN LIFE, STRENGTH AND COURAGE TO BE A GOOD PERSON TO CARRY THE LIGHT WITHIN MYSELF, AND TO HAVE PEACE WITHIN MYSELF. PLEASE, FILL ME WITH PEACE, HARMONY, NOBILITY, KINDNESSS, UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF MY LIFE. - Aron
Say a similar prayer to angels and other Beings of Light. Ask the angels. for example:
Dear Angel/Guardian, please help me overcome these tempting voices which are trying to isolate me from God and Light. Thank you
1. 3. Talk to Someone and Ask to Surround You with Love
I mean to someone who will understand the idea of voices in your head, not necessarily a psychiatrist or a psychologist. at that stage, you are still able to cope with the voices without medication.
Love is the thing you need the most at that stage. Demons will stop sending you voices when you are surrounded by the true love of your family, spouse, and children and when you are supported by helpful friends. Love is much higher on the ladder of vibrations than any fear, anger or apathy.
1.4. Start Acting Opposite to What the Voice Is Saying
For example, if the voice tells you 'It's impossible, 'There's no point doing it - ACT in the opposite way. For example, if the voice sabotaged your walk, getting out of your house, meeting your friend or doing something nice, DO it, even if you feel resistance and everything is telling you to abandon it.
Any, even a little victory over the voices brings you closer to regaining your strength and recovery. It is especially important during the depression.
1.5. Raise Your Personal Vibrations and Watch Your Emotions
Destructive voices have low vibrations so to stop these messages you need to raise your vibration. Light a candle, listen to the music of high frequencies (Solfeggio, 432 Hz, 528 Hz), smudge your house with a white sage, and hold a piece of clear quartz in your hand, with the intention of cleansing your energetic biofield.

1.6. Never Say Destructive Voices Aloud
I mentioned it before because we are usually unaware of our self-talk. And hence, there is a danger here. You can unconsciously amplify the voices.
Whenever you hear something like the phrases 'There's no point doing it, 'I cannot do it', STOP. Transform them into something opposite:
I can, I am capable of, I will handle it
there is nothing stronger than my light
I will do that
I choose to take action.
1.7. Create a Comfort Zone of Light and Pleasure
I have already written that whenever the voices discourage you from taking action, ACT THE OPPOSITE. Go for a walk, learn something new, visit a friend (but never complain about your 'life up the creek'). It is an important step to combat destructive voices in your head.
Create your comfort zone, the space of pleasure and joy. In this way, the voices will weaken and become less frequent. You will not be cut off from your support network. If your mind sabotages your effort, every time say:
MY DEAR MIND, I APOLOGIZE THAT NEGATIVE ENTITIES HAVE HAD ACCESS TO ME. BUT NOW I DECIDE TO CREATE THE PLEASURE OF EXISTENCE. PLEASE HELP INSTEAD OD SABOTAGING. - Aron
1.8. Never Reject the Help of Other People
Even if temptation by negative voices is mild, people may notice that you start to withdraw from social life. They may suggest doing something. Avid of sabotaging your friends' or family members' suggestions as the voices will be amplified in this way and they will isolate you from help. You can tell your mind:
Dear Mind, help me find the people who will support my efforts of liberating myself from these nasty voices. Thank you.
The Serious Cases of Hearing Voices
However, when the voices start to threaten you, and isolate you from your friends and generally life enjoyment, you need to take action immediately and use more radical ways of treatment, including those that are used by academic medicine and psychology.
Of course, the tools described above are also essential, especially asking God and friends for help, and watching your vibrations, language and actions. You can also always ask your family to surround you with love and care.
You can use various options. CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is the most frequent, here, you make an effort to take action on the mental level, first learning about the voices.
This therapy focuses less on the voices themselves, you address the consequences of these voices. A therapist may help you gain power and control over your voices, and reduce the impact of the voices on your life.
But always remember to cooperate with God and use the spiritual tools described above in this area.
Other Kinds of Therapies Used
CBT is the most frequent but you can also encounter the following ones:
CFT - you use mindfulness to combat voices in your head
ACT (Commitment Therapy) - acceptance is the main tool for working with voices
MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy) - combines mindfulness with CBT
Arts and Creative Therapy - using arts like painting, writing, sculpturing etc. to alleviate the effects of nasty voices heard in your head.
This should be the last resort and only in cases when you cannot help yourself working with the tools described above in this article.
The psychiatrist will prescribe you an antipsychotic medication and you will be "diagnosed" (i.e. labelled) as paranoid, schizophrenic or having a delusional disorder. Unfortunately, once you start taking these medications, it usually lasts until the end of your life, as psychiatry considers mental illnesses as long-term.
Although the medications choke the symptoms, they can also cause many negative side effects, e.g., weight gain. I wrote more about this problem in my previous article.
Stop the voices or reduce how often you hear them,
Make the voices less frightening and more manageable,
Feel less bothered by the voices, even though you can still hear them,
Make the voices quieter and less intrusive so you feel calmer and less distracted by them.
2.3. Consulting Someone Who Works with Energy
Hearing destructive voices is not only a mental problem. As it also concerns your spiritual life and energy. A person working with energy can cleanse your aura from hook-ups, negative entities and demons. Sometimes exorcisms are performed. Moreover, he/she can help you understand the problem from a spiritual point of view.
However, then it is up to you if negative begins to have access to your mind, body and soul again. In the shortest, if you do evil consciously, complain, and cannot forgive and accept your life, the voices will come back.
Energy work can do a miracle but then your effort is needed to keep up the effect of such treatment. it is easier to take medication but the underlying problem will not be solved.
