Everything starts with thinking. Many people do not realise that each thought they have in their minds, materialises. Therefore, if you want a happy life, start with your thoughts. They may be the reasons for your troubles.
Change your actions, and you change your life… Transform your thoughts, and you will create a brand-new destiny.
Your mind is like a garden or a meadow. Your goal is to keep it neat and tidy, only with uplifting thoughts, having any weeds (i.e., the negative thoughts) eradicated.
If you neglect your garden, the weeds start to create events in your life in harmony with them, which simply means negativity and misfortune.
For example, if you are constantly afraid of breaking a leg, eventually you will have an accident and your leg will be broken indeed. This will be the effect of your past thinking.
Let me give you a more positive example now.
Suppose that you want to see someone and are thinking of him or her. Suddenly your phone rings and this person want to talk to you and later... meet you. However, the same rule will apply when you think that the other person will criticise you... believe me, he or she will.
Emotions And the Law of Cause and Effect
Thoughts have a direct impact on your emotions. When you think, a given frequency is fired and wired by your brain which triggers the brain to release chemical substances aimed at the inducement of some reactions by the body, mostly by producing hormones.
Hormones, in turn, stimulate emotions. For example, adrenaline is responsible for stress, and serotonin is for happiness. Both emotions will have a different impact on your body in the short and long run. Adrenaline will inhibit the proliferation of cells, regeneration and digestion, happiness will induce them.
Moreover, negative, or positive emotions stimulate the brain to think more similar thoughts and release more chemicals, unless you stop this vicious cycle in the case of negative thoughts and emotions.
The consequences of your emotions go even deeper. You record them in your DNA, so cellular memory will store all your traumas but also the moments of great happiness. Your thoughts and emotions are also stored by your subconscious mind, ready to be wired and fired at any time in the future.

You may avoid a fine once, but the next time, in a similar situation, either someone will do the same against you which may even end with an accident or the police will find you and you will face negative legal implications for your act, from being fined to arrest and imprisonment (e.g., in the case when reckless driving, after drinking, caused a mortal accident.

The Law of Cause and Effect assumes that all that you have, experience, do and think now is the result of your past thoughts, words, actions and beliefs. Hence if you are not happy with the effects you have created, change the causes that created them in the first place.
1. Determine the Cause and Effect Relationships
In the beginning, do it in writing. take your diary and write down all the events from last week or even the month. Then answer the questions below, for each of these events:
What was the reason for these crops?
What have done before?
Identify the specific things you will need to do to get the results that you want. You need to understand yourself and how you act as a person. You also need a good knowledge of your belief systems.
List your current results in each area of your life in a diary. Look at the results that bring you unhappiness. What could be their reasons?
2. Take Massive Action
Firstly, make the decision to focus on, and do, the things that other happy people have done. Secondly, model someone who is happy in each area of life.
Look at your list now. Who could be successful, happy, and fulfilled in the areas you are struggling with? Find these people. Then learn how they have achieved their success and follow their recipe.
Sometimes taking “action” just means believing that you can do whatever your heart desires! Then you manifest it by saying all around what you want to be, e.g. a millionaire, a spiritual coach etc.
However, always remember that your goal needs to be aligned with your soul plan and promote the values of the Light.

Moreover, you can say the same thing in a different way and start feeling differently. In the examples below, the first word is stronger in meaning and emotional impact on you. Notice that the words on the second, third and fourth rows gradually weaken the meaning of your message. So, from livid, you go to discomfort.
