7 Ways How to Handle The Most Difficult Changes In Your Life

Changes... We like and hate them at the same time. They are surprised and forced to act How to handle them in life? Learn it now.

Changes are like tides on the beach

This post is based on authentic facts. I have started a new website, due to technical difficulties with the old one. Today, all the new posts from awakenhappylife.com will be published here.

I will also move all posts published there so you will not lose anything, it is just a different ending of the same domain. It will take up some time but be patient, your reward will be big. Was it easy to make a decision?

No, but I have decided to do a reset and start over, learning the lesson. A new opportunity to take.

Are Changes Our Reality Indeed?

Everybody can notice changes with the naked eye. Coronavirus and the current lockdown are probably the best examples during these days. In the long run, you can notice that the climate is evolving, people's awareness is rising as well as the vibration of the Earth.

Business

Changes occur in business. More people work from home, and some sectors decline and go belly up, e.g., the automotive industry, especially in the case of gasoline-powered cars. More and more electric cars are being introduced and shortly they will become a norm.

People decrease consumption concerning fashion shows, and they stop the rat race in technology and construction. It is not seen everywhere yet, but more and more people notice it. For example, the price of water and food increases and therefore, people save up, buying fewer goods which are not necessary so much.

Technology

Bestlife gives 30 examples of changes happening this year. Many of them concern technology and some social behaviour. For example:

  • selfie is something normal,

  • you take off your shoes while boarding a plane,

  • gay marriages are a norm,

  • TV shows for granted,

  • vinyl CDs,

  • and many more.

Flora And Fauna

We can also notice that our flora and fauna evolve, some species are in danger of extinction while others grow in number.

During the lockdown, you could notice that some of the animals came closer to people due to lesser pollution and a lack of individuals disturbing these animals. For example whales in Venice.

Action Exercise

Take a piece of paper and describe your life some years ago. Then write down what changes you can see since then. Thirdly, mark which of these changes you accept and which not.

How To Define Changes

If you have done the exercise described above, there will be some examples of changes in your life. For those who had difficulty defining changes, here are some clues:

  • Notice how your viewpoints on life have evolved - what do you think about ecology? What about vaccination? 5G?

  • See how your relationships with friends have evolved - How frequently do you meet? What are the consequences of the lockdown concerning the quality of your relationships? Have you got more or fewer friends? Who are you talking to with the biggest ease?

  • What has changed in your surrounding - shops, new streets, parks?

  • Are there any changes in your financial situation? Why? What are they?

  • How do other people perceive you when you are awakened – e.g. going vegetarianism, giving up some foods and stimulants, stopping buying some products, meditation?

  • How did your character change in terms of assertiveness, acceptance, understanding others' pathways, and dealing with stress?

  • What about your health? Did you start exercising more, eating healthier food, and practising mindfulness?

Resistance Against Changes

It is not easy to accept changes because of some obvious reasons:

  • we are afraid of losing something,

  • facing changes involve discomfort,

  • fear of helplessness while facing a new reality,

  • we are afraid of losing control, of the status quo.

The Mechanism Of Resistance

Changes can scare us because we do not know what to expect when they happen. Will my life be better after? With shaking hands, you are opening another door to a new life chapter, having thousands of doubts and fears. Is it the change for the better or worse?

Then you usually withdraw your hand, preferring the old, maybe not the best but well-known reality than starting something new. And it is okay as making sudden changes, which are dangerous to your health and life, would be unwise.

We have an inborn urge to defend against everything unknown but which we must handle. And only this mechanism causes changes that are seen as not necessarily positive, even though they are beneficial for you in the long run. What to do then?

Tame your changes to handle them. Each of them is a great opportunity for growth. if you make good decisions and expect good things, there will be some uncomfortable situations, as blessings in disguise which had been created by your subconscious mind in the past.

Tame the Universal Laws

There are some universal laws that work during each change, whether we handle it or not. Let me remind you of some of them:

The Law of Change

Nothing is constant... except change. This law states that everything is in the process of becoming something else. Change happens everywhere and with everyone and happens constantly.

This universal law states that for every effect there is a definite cause, likewise for every cause, there is a definite effect. Your thoughts, behaviours, and actions create specific effects that manifest and create your life. Change your thoughts, words and actions, and you change your life

The Law Of Attraction

This universal law states that you can attract everything you focus on into your life. It uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialize them into reality.

In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually. Hence it is so important to put negative thoughts in the bin.

As you can see, if you decide to change something deliberately, for example, start a new habit or practice (let's say positive thinking), then your life will change for the better dramatically.

How To Handle Changes in Life

Now I will describe seven steps that will help you to handle any change in your life.

1. Accept Changes In Your Life

Look at your feelings while facing change. Accept it, regardless of discomfort. Then let it go. This step is a must in the way of handling changes in your life.

Work on this feeling, using e.g., automatic writing or changing your beliefs. Feel this emotion with all of yourself. How? Tell your friends about your concerns but do not overload them. You can also contact a counsellor, a psychologist, or a spiritual teacher.

Accept that you have the full right to end a relationship, e.g. by divorce, to change your job, start a new career and do many other things other people might consider inappropriate, especially in your family or around co-workers.

2. Take the Change for Granted

Understand that change is an indispensable part of your life. As I wrote above, there are universal laws to which people do not object. They just are and work, even if you negate them. And one of them clearly states that change is inevitable.

Learn to see your transformations as something positive, as an opportunity for creating something great in the long run. Take a piece of paper and write down three major changes that took place in the past. What positive consequences have they brought later?

3. Change Your Perspective

It is typical and understandable that you may feel overwhelmed by the changes that happen in your life. Never let negative thoughts overtake your mind. What can you do? Change context.

Ask yourself What am I worrying about? What is the worst scenario that might happen? How can I turn things around?

And then think of the steps to take in order to cope with the challenges. There is little probability that this scenario will happen at all, so then focus on more positive outcomes.

4. Take Action

Do your best to make the change as painless as possible. Tame it, stop being afraid. It means doing everything to lessen the transformation in your eyes.

What can you do? Practise yoga. Fear and anxiety mean problems with your chakras, especially the root ones. Take some yoga classes and balance your chakras. You can also meditate and have a relaxing spa bath in the sea salt.

5. Become Busy with Something Else

Usually, changes in your life do not concern everything; even in the case of major ones, you still have other goals to focus on. Life is constantly on the move and there is no time for rumination or worry.

Think of the time you were busy. nothing else mattered apart from the task you were working on then. A busy person does not contemplate millions of scenarios in his/her head but goes with the flow.

Look at your goals for this year, month, and week. Is there anything you could do without thinking about the change? If you cannot find a goal which is engaging enough, think about how to help other people and become busy with it.

It does not only concern your problems and feelings. Ask other people about their opinion about your situation. They might give you some tips or even direct you to some helpful people. Make the most of it.

How can you talk to people about your challenging changes? Unload it to your friends, and write something on a forum. You can also go to some institutions for advice (e.g. a lawyer in the case of divorce, the citizen's advice bureau if your landlord is selling your apartment).

7. Create Better World

Remember to create a better world. Focus your energy on attracting positivity not only to your life but also to the environment. Think now about what you can do for your family, friends, society and the whole world.

How can you do it? Adopt an animal or start working in a shelter. Help those in need, by sharing your resources (money). Meditate with the intention of helping others. You choose.

Remember that the freedom of choice is the biggest asset in your life. You choose how to handle life changes. Will they be very painful, or will you be able to lessen the pain?

Will you be busy with other things and create more positivity despite the challenging change or will your mind become infected by worry or fear? It is up to you.

7 + 1 Meditate

When you connect to the Source and Higher Beings, you can obtain their help and learn how to accept changes in your life.

Also, cleansing negativity under the waterfall or with White Divine Light stops all energy leaks and cuts negative beings’ cords attached to your aura.

During meditation, you can also create a positive outcome of the changes ahead and ask the Higher Beings for advice. At the end of the meditation, while charging with the energy of the 4 Forces of nature on the beach, you gain a full level of any kind, not only spiritual, energy.

Let's Meditate Together

Connect remotely during joint meditation on Saturdays at 10 am and 8 pm GMT +1 (IST). I will meditate with you and other people then use telepathy. Send your intention to the Universe. Transform your life and the world.
