Why Do We Struggle with Meditation

There are many obstacles emerging while you are meditating. I will describe the most common ones, giving you some tips on how to overcome these challenges.

Our Mind's Interference.

To meditate smoothly and pleasantly, you need to learn to control your mind, which together with your subconsciousness, has been programmed by tradition, and dogmas.

You have many destructive programs from which the most common are "I can't", "It's impossible", and "You have to..." You also have got the inner critic. To meditate efficiently, you need to turn off all these programs.

Control Your Mind During Meditation

You can control your mind by giving commands. During meditation, your mind is like the TV that you have at home.

Initially, when you turn it on, this TV does not show programs, you need to connect to the channel. While meditation your spiritual life and awareness become this channel.

You can have contact with the astral world, extra-terrestrial beings and other entities which send you messages and talk to you. So, your mind-TV has some decoders: from your soul, other beings and the astral world.

1. Analysing What has Been Projected

The first obstacle appears when your mind starts analysing the images projected by your soul or other kinds of the spiritual world. It happens more often when your mind does not understand the images or is afraid of them.

The calmer your TV (i.e. your mind) the better images will appear and the more enlightened you will become.

To calm your mind, you can simply use the mantra

STAY CALM

Turn Off Your Programs

You start meditation when your mind calms down and starts projecting the place where you feel happy and relaxed.

Then the centres of heart, faith and truth are turned on, which gives you faith and helps with enlightenment.

Unfortunately, our mind is infected with inner criticism and low self-worth so instantly project these messages. Then you need to command your mind:

I KNOW, I CAN, I'M CAPABLE OF... I'M THE LIGHT, I AM THE CHILD OF GOD, I AM KINDNESS, LOVE, BEAUTY, I CAN ACHIEVE AND SEE EVERYTHING. IT IS THE WORLD WHERE MY WORLD AND SPIRIT ARE IN IDEAL HARMONY AND HUGGED WITH GOD'S LOVE

2. Solving Problems

After having moved to a place of happiness and relaxation, your mind may start projecting the list of problems. You can decide if either tackle some of them and your soul will help you with that or command your mind that you want to stay in a relaxed state.

DEAR MIND, NOW AND HERE I WANT TO REST, I WANT TO STAY RELAXED, SO PLEASE, DON'T DISTURB ME, DON'T GIVE ME ANY OTHER THOUGHTS, JUST FOCUS ON THIS ONE THOUGHT OF RELAXATION AND REST.

3. Darkness During Meditation

It often happens that when you close your eyes, darkness appears, which is the result of the program "First there was the darkness and then the light emerged." This program also says that we are part of the darkness and that God is so weak that the Light cannot win it. Then you say:

I AM THE LIGHT. THERE IS NOTHING OVER MY LIGHT. I CAN ENLIGHTEN EVERY KIND OF DARKNESS

It may happen that your mind will turn on your inner critic: "I am not worthy, God does not love me" etc. Then say:

I AM THE LIGHT, I AM THE BELOVED CHILD OF GOD, I AM OVER THE DARKNESS, THERE IS NOTHING ABOVE MY LIGHT

You can also imagine cuddling with the Sun. It does not burn but enlightens you. First, the Sun is very near, and then you go farther and farther, staying with the light. Then you come back to your initial memory of relaxing and resting.

4. "I want to see, to hear..."

You may also try to put pressure on the meditation by wanting to see or hear specific images or voices/messages, according to your idea, not allowing the images to go freely.

This problem often appears when you go through guided meditation and your mind starts to calculate if really e.g. the light, is seen. Then you say:

MY DEAR FRIEND, PLEASE FOCUS ONLY ON ONE THOUGHT, I WANT TO SEE WHAT I CAN HEAR.

Meditation needs practice. The more you meditate, the fewer obstacles your mind creates, and you learn to take control of it. Then meditation becomes a pleasure, a journey around various worlds, a conversation with your soul.

5. "You Cannot Control Your Mind"

It is a false program imprinted in childhood and still enforced by science and religion. However, the truth is different because our mind is like a computer. I have written how to reprogram your mind here. In the shortest, you give your mind commands when negative thoughts and messages appear. For example:

STOP IT! I DON'T ACCEPT THIS THOUGHT. TURN IT OFF! IT DOES NOT SERVE ME. WE DON'T THINK THIS WAY ANYMORE BECAUSE I AM A WONDERFUL BEING LOVED BY THE UNIVERSE, WHO HAS THE DIVINE STRENGTH TO CHANGE EVERYTHING.

Your mind is like a computer, or a TV and your voice and words are like the keyboard with the mouse or the remote control. Therefore, the more you practise controlling your mind, the easier it will be, in the same way as when you learn to walk or write.

6. It Is My Imagination

You cannot talk about imagination when you can see real pictures, popping up instantly and spontaneously. After you have relaxed and closed your eyes, everything which comes to you is meditation. Your mind might argue with you here, but then use all the tools to calm it down. You can command:

STOP IT! THESE ARE REAL IMAGES THAT MY SOUL AND THE UNIVERSE ARE SENDING TO ME. PEACE, HARMONY, HEALTH.

You do not need to ask your mind what is seen and what a given picture means, your soul will guide you to the answer. Just follow the process.
