How To Get Rid Negative Energy During Sleep

Sleep is one of the critical physical needs of any human being. But negative energies are very active, especially when someone works with energy. Learn how to protect yourself now.


Negative Energy

Negative energy can manifest in various forms, often indiscernible ones. I have noticed four kinds of them:

  • Negative beings (not only people) who always try to lower your vibrations and steal your prana.
  • Environment radiating with negative energy. All the objects in your house or workplace that make you tired, irritated and disempowered.
  • Negative thoughts (yours and other beings' sent to you by telepathy or subconsciousness). Some of them may be intrusive and induce more serious consequences in your life.
  • Negative self-talk, being the result of thoughts and negative emotions.

9 Ways Negative Energy Works

It may act in a very subtle way but there are symptoms helping to rumble its game in your space:

  • Feeling exhausted while staying in a given environment.
  • Sudden anxiety.
  • Irritation and anger, arguments with people staying there.
  • Willingness to provoke someone for venting your emotions on them.
  • Abusive communication between people.
  • Confusion.
  • Financial problems.
  • Feeling unmotivated and overwhelmed.
  • Insomnia.

Today you will learn to eliminate the last of these symptoms because sleep deprivation is the root of any other vulnerability to negative energy.  Proper sleep length is critically important for empaths and healers because these people sense energy stronger than an average individual. Manifest foresight then and protect in advance.

How Negative Energy Attacks You during Sleep

While sleeping, your physical body rests, going through the four phases of sleep. In the meantime, your astral body travels and your soul senses other beings deeper than during the day.

You usually do not remember these travels and only a small fraction is revealed during the REM phase. However, tiredness or happiness can be a clue of what kind of energy you encountered then. During REM it is possible to notice where you have been.

Nightmares obviously indicate negative energy attacks or visiting the place having plenty of this energy. If your area is weak, it will have an impact on the quality of your sleep - nightmares and frequent waking-ups will occur. Panic attacks may also happen because you may not distinguish day from night.

Negative Energy and Connections with Other Souls

As you are connected with other souls by your chakras, the sleep with negative energy attacks will intensify all negative emotions concerning these souls. For example, you may feel their pain or fears and sometimes your panic attack at night is actually theirs.

Who are these souls? Obviously, your family members (especially children, siblings, parents and your partner), your boss, friends or someone you idolise. If there are toxic energetic cords between you and some of them, it is nearly certain that your sleep will be disturbed.

How to Protect from Negative Energy during Sleep

So what can you do? I will give you seven tips on how to solve the problem. Then the quality of your sleep will improve. Even one of them, used regularly, will help.

1. Cleanse It on Daily Basis

It is not enough to make your bed and have a good, refreshing sleep, Think of your subtle bodies and aura, too.

1.1 Take a Shower or Bath With the Intention of Protection

Amplify the cleansing effect of water. Visualise it as a Divine Water, cleansing all negative influences from all your subtle bodies. Start from the top of your head. See each of your chakras cleansed and sealed with the protective capsule. Notice how angels and other spiritual beings put a turquoise layer on your aura.

Using sea salt during your bath or shower will amplify the process. Put a glass of sea salt into your bath or rub it with it during showering. See the salt as diving energy, able to heal all the leaks of your aura.

1.2 Raise the Vibrations of Your Space

It does not only concern your bed or house. Apart from clutter clearing and airing before your slumber, do energetic cleansing:

  • Smudge your house with white sage or Palo Santo leaves.
  • Smudge your body, starting from your toes, clockwise.
  • Remove all that disempowers you (unwanted presents, souvenires).
  • Play some uplifting music before going to bed (e.g. 432 Hz, 528 Hz, Solfeggio).
  • Use some ehteric oils, lavender and rose in particular.

2. Protect Your Aura During Sleep

Now, when you have prepared your space and yourself for sleep, take care to protect your aura.

2.1. Use Crystals

Try wearing a moonstone necklace. Moonlight dissolves darkness and guards your spirit. You can also put crystals on your bed. Think of hematite near your feet and selenite near your pillow. it will dissolve any negative energy accumulated around you during sleep. Add some clear quartz and amethyst, too. However, remember to cleanse your crystals regularly and add the intention of protection to them.

2.2 Focus on Your Deepest Self

Focus on your inner self and connect your higher consciousness with your inner divinity before going to bed. In this way, you will stay safe while asleep.

Your higher consciousness connects you to your soul, which is you, the way in which you can know yourself. Your soul and higher consciousness are connected to each other and also connect with the whole world as well. 2.3. Pray

Pray to any higher being you believe to guard you as you rest. It can be Jesus, Mary, Buddha, Guardian Angel. Just focus your intention on protection, visualising them surrounding you with a divine circle that sends any negative energy back to its source.

2.4 Meditate

Meditation before sleep, with the prior asking for protection, is an efficient way of strengthening your aura. Start regular practice every day.
