Two weeks of the new year have already passed. How about your New Year's resolutions? What about your life progress? Check it now.

Do You Estimate Your Resolutions Correctly?
Unfortunately, in most cases, we fail to pursue our resolutions very quickly, sometimes even after a week. Why does it happen? Look at the quote below:
“Most people overestimate what they can do in a day, and underestimate what they can do in a month. We overestimate what we can do in a year, and underestimate what we can accomplish in a decade." - Mathew Kelly from the book "The Long View"
Your Long-Term Achievements
I will not teach you how to measure the progress of your short-term goals now. Instead, let's look at your long-term ones, i.e. lasting at least 5 years. In this way, you will find directions which will help you set more appropriate resolutions. You will simply benefit more from these resolutions.
Your Achievements 5 Years Ago
Let's analyse the last 5-year period of your life. Buy yourself a diary or a thick notebook in which you will write down your observations. After a while, a year, maybe a couple of years, you will be able to notice the progress of your long-term goals.
Take the diary and think of who you were five years ago, what you had achieved then, and what kind of success you celebrated. Let's analyse the following areas of life. To make things easier for you I will add some questions to each category:
1. Physical Health
You cannot pursue any goal or reach the Golden Age coming soon without physical health. Although the power of your thoughts may help you attract helpful people, disability will incapacitate most of your goals. You can also use your mind to improve your health but without taking action it will not work (e.g. improving your diet).
How healthy were you 5 years ago (e.g did you have any long-term illness, like diabetes or hypertension)?
How fit were you 5 years ago?
How well did you sleep?
What were your blood tests?
What was your weight?
How many hours per day did you sleep?
How did you recharge your batteries?
2. Mental Health
No goal can be achieved if your mind sabotages your efforts. You can sabotage your intentions, actions, words and even the people who want to help you. master your mind to make progress in your life. How was it 5 years ago?
How often did you sabotage your goals?
Did you think mostly positive or negative thoughts?
Did you suffer any mental health illness, especially depression?
Did you use psychotherapy or counselling?
Did you use your mind to create your destiny?

3. Relationships
We are not alone on this planet. I do not only mean relationships with people here. Your animals or extraterrestrial beings are also included in this category. The quality of relationships with them will also determine the progress as, e.g., toxic people can hinder your efforts.
How many supportive people did you have 5 years ago?
Who was toxic and destroyed your goals?
What was the level of your assertiveness?
How happy, in general, were you around your family and acquaintances?
What did you do to improve your social circle?
Were you able to cut off toxic relationships?
4. Career
It can be understood in many ways, your job or overall work. Remember that not only paid jobs can be included in this category, let's mention volunteering. Now, let's look at your work and professional network:
How happy were you in your job/business in general?
What was your relationship with your boss, co-workers, clients, and business partners (good, bad, toxic, supportive)?
Did you have a mentor? What was your relationship with them?
Was it the same job/business as now?
Did you fulfil your dreams and aspirations in this job/business?
What qualifications did you have?
5. Abundance
We usually associate it with financial status, and mostly with liquid assets. But abundance has a much broader meaning. let's check why:
What talents and endowments did you materialise 5 years ago?
What skills that helped you make more money did you learn/have?
What was your net worth?
How many investment properties did you have?
What about stocks, bonds, and commodities?
What was the value of your network?
6. Spiritual Life
No progress can be made without spiritual growth. Let's think about your decency or forgiveness. However, spiritual life is a much broader category. Let's learn why:
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 means "maximum", how could you assess your patience, generosity, kindness, and nobility in your personal and professional relationships 5 years ago?
How did you treat animals and extraterrestrial beings?
On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 means "maximum", how forgiving were you? were there any signs of embitterment, or vengefulness
Did you practise any spiritual form of connection with the Universe, higher Beings, God, or Mother Earth?
Did you pray or practise meditation?
What was your view on dualism (good-bad, decent-vicious, moral-immoral etc.)?
What stage of spiritual growth were you then?
7. Fun and Creation
Do not forget about fun and creation. You cannot work without rest and observing Universal Laws. Check your progress here:
How many times per year did you go on holiday?
Did you use any form of conscious creation of your reality (manifestations, affirmations, deliberate positive thinking)?
What amount of time per day, week, or month did you spend on fun, without technology (your computer, phone turned off, no TV etc.)?
Were you aware of Universal Laws that govern our reality?

Now take your diary or a notebook and write a short comment about each area of life, and what you have achieved. It is not a rat race. You compare yourself to yourself only.

What to Do if You Are Making No Progress
Do not panic or feel depressed. we all have ups and downs. I will list some most frequent reasons and give you an idea of what you can do to eliminate these obstacles::
Negative thoughts - put them into the bin and burn them with Divine Light (White or Purple one), focus on your dreams instead of dwelling on the past
lack of self-love and forgiveness - practise them.
You are hooked to negative entities - remove the hooks.
Your aura is weak - strengthen and heal it.
Negative beliefs - disarm them.
Toxic people and energetic vampires around - cut off them.
Lack of direction - find your life values and follow them.
Not observing the Universal Laws - follow these rules.
Using foul and sabotaging language - change it.
Having low vibrations so that you attract mediocre people and things to your life - elevate your vibrations.
Being engulfed in negative emotions - vent them in a constructive way.
Clutter in your space - clear your home, computer, car etc.
Inner critic which sabotages your actions - pacify it.
You have some goals but they are not set in the right way - follow this article
You destroy your physical body with an unhealthy diet, and lack of sleep, now exercise - change your habits.
lack of assertiveness and poor communication in relationships with other beings (not only people).

What About the Future?
I will not be writing about how to plan the next 5 years. The issues mentioned above will give you enough ideas of what to work on. Plus, define what it means for you to be healthier, richer, happier in your relationships or more satisfied with your career. How many extra miles would you take?
