What Are Optimism and Pessimism?

Firstly, before you learn the holistic view of optimism and pessimism, let's learn what they really mean:

Optimism is a mental attitude reflecting a belief or hope that the outcome of some specific endeavour, or outcomes in general, will be positive, favourable, and desirable. A common idiom used to illustrate optimism versus pessimism is a glass filled with water to the halfway point: an optimist is said to see the glass as half full, while a pessimist sees the glass as half empty. - Wikipedia

The term "optimism" derives from the Latin optimum, meaning "best". Being optimistic, in the typical sense of the word, is defined as expecting the best possible outcome from any given situation.

Pessimism, on the other hand, is " a negative or depressed mental attitude in which an undesirable outcome is anticipated from a given situation. Pessimists tend to focus on the negatives of life in general.

The Holistic View on Optimism and Pessimism

First and foremost, remember one thing: Your reality verifies your viewpoint. For example, check the effects of your overeating, depression, or illness.

Do your best to have a viewpoint that will serve you so that you will create positive things in your life and help other beings. Your spiritual strength and positive viewpoint on reality will make wonders.

Pessimism attacks and infects us through the media, false science, conversations with our family members, and co-workers, and using the internet. Think for a while, about how you could stop this process.

Many people consider evil as a bigger force in the universe. They follow conspiracy theories about weather manipulation, depopulation or chipping people, showing a lack of faith in their strength. How can you live like that?

Here is a different perspective: I am living in the world of Matrix, but can keep smiling, a distance from the negative energy of other people, look at them with a smile or compassion and create something positive. that can help individuals to find the way to the Light.

I create my reality from the "I can and will succeed" level. I use positive divine energy to create positivity in my life. We all have this energy, it is in each plant, animal, and inanimate object.

There are many entities that tempt people to be pessimistic in today's world. Conspiracy theories, negative pieces of news presented by false gurus, and your friends' grumbling cause less optimism is present in your life.

Know that each case has a given purpose. We see good and evil in this world, but the "bad" also has got a purpose, e.g. to teach people what should be avoided or that what they sow they will reap.

How To Be Full of Optimism

What can you do to have the same results? Change your life. Stop complaining, judging and blaming. Let's take climate change. Many people are frightened or complain.

However, the truth is different. Climate changes are necessary to awaken mankind so that we will be equal, help and respect each other in peace.

Whatever has existed in the Divine Plan, will bring people to happiness, even if now the world does not look so well. What can you do then to be more optimistic?

1. Let Optimism Manifest in Your Life

Allow yourself to have a happy life. Let it come to you, all the experiences, signs. When you grow spiritually and are an optimist, you start seeing other people's and things' auras, your past incarnations and talk to extra-terrestrial beings.

2. Talk to God and Ask for Guidance

Tell God “It’s nice you have shown me these experiences. I know that you have a plan for mankind and all the planets. And I know it is to be happy". Even those in a wheelchair can teach us something.

They are usually old souls (I will write more articles about them soon), very experienced ones, having numerous incarnations. Therefore, whatever your soul has experienced so far, talk to God praying or meditate.

3. Smile and Accept Your Life

Look at other people with smiles, acceptance and understanding. Remember that both positivity and negativity come back to us.

It is hard when someone has done you wrong or your life events are stressful and "inauspicious". Remember that even the "bad deeds" lead to something.

Each way leads to happiness. Everyone, whichever kind of experience they have chosen, will reach happiness. It can be soon or now when he or she understands that God means love, regardless they are learning a karmic lesson.

He or she will understand that karma can be closed and that God and Light exist. Just be a decent person and emanate with the values of Light, e.g., love, acceptance, patience or forgiveness.

4. Meditate And Create Happiness

It is not the first post where I suggest meditation as a tool for solving your problems and holistic growth. Today I would like to reveal one secret:

One person who meditates can transform 5 million individuals.

Remember that spiritual development brings unlimited abundance, and happiness to you, all that has been created. You can transform everything into love, health, abundance, and light. Just use your thoughts, words, and deeds.

... (Love, happiness, love, abundance etc.) HAS TO BE, RIGHT NOW.

Attract love, happiness, joy and abundance, smile, ease into your life, talk about the things that you WANT and avoid conversations about scarcity, whatsoever it means. Every day feed the world with positive thoughts.

5. Talk About Love and Peace

God has created a way filled with light and happiness for us, yet it is up to you to choose it or not. Stop being afraid and anxious as it attracts fear and anxiety, destroying everything.

The truth enlightens everything while fear destroys you, your life, not God or Mother Earth.

6. Believe in Your Divine Power

We have the Divine power within, but someone has told us about weaknesses and incapability. You can choose one of these attitudes: either you believe in your strength or complain while talking to God about difficult times in your life. However, instead of grumbling look at the future as a beautiful reality.

7. Ask for Help For Lost Souls

Some people do lots of evil. You know it has a purpose. But you can help him or her, by asking God for help.

Pray to God, also before meditation, to take care of the child which has been led astray. Let's give them some chance to change and reach the Golden Age, which will inevitably come, even if many forces are still doing all to delay its coming.

Be optimistic and believe that even the beings doing evil will be awakened and will transform. You can also meditate, and work on such cases, sending them Light.
