4 Effective Ways to Pacify Depression

Last week you learnt that there are 8 levels of low vibrations, leading to depression and having a negative impact on your physical health, relationships and even finance. These frequencies include shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, and pride. You can substitute your low-vibrational statements with alternatives.

You have learnt that changing your language (and using the new patterns) are able to transform your life and overcome depression.  

How to Pacify the Vibrations Causing Depression

To amplify the process, add some more tools which I will describe below. Together, you will have a powerful toolkit used for elevating your vibrations and saying goodbye to depression. I will be writing about affirmations and manifestations. You will find practical examples to pacify each of the low vibrations and radiate with higher frequencies.

1. Use affirmations to Overcome the Frequencies of Depression

They are like your statements written above and you work with them in a similar way. Here are some examples:

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to shame of … (something/someone)

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to guilt of … (doing) something

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to anger with … (something/someone)

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to grief of … something

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to pride of … something

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to desire to have/be …

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to apathy because of …

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of abandonment/rejection

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of ridicule/criticism

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of death

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of being ill

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of poverty

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of loneliness

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of ageing

• I am an Infinite being, not subject to the fear of … (anything else, not mentioned above).

2. Manifestation of Liberation form Depression

I have written a whole article about how to use manifestations. They need to be clear, written (e.g., in the 369 method)., said aloud. In the case of negative thoughts – say your manifestation.

Now choose the statement of your low vibrations and try these manifestations:

Shame

• Let self-respect fill up all my mind, body, and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all shame go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with respect to myself and others. Let it be here and now

Guilt

• Let Innocence fill up all my mind, body, and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all guilt go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with Innocence Let it be here and now

Apathy

• Let Joy fill up all my mind, body, and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all apathy go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with Joy to myself and others. Let it be here and now

Grief

• Let Happiness fill up all my mind, body and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all grief go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with Happiness to myself and others. Let it be here and now

Fear

• Let self-love and love of other beings fill up all my mind, body and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all fear go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of death go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of ridicule go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of abandonment go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of rejection go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of poverty go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of loneliness go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all fear of ageing go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with love of myself and others. Let it be here and now

Desire

• Let gratitude fill up all my mind, body and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all greed, unhealthy desire go of my life and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with gratitude. Let it be here and now

Anger

• Let self-respect fill up all my mind, body and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all anger go of my and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all frustration go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with peace. Let it be here and now

Pride

• Let self-respect fill up all my mind, body, and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all the pride go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with acceptance. Let it be here and now

• Let forgiveness fill up all my mind, body, and soul. Let it be here and now.

• Let all the resentment go of my body, mind and soul and let it be transformed into Light here and now

• Let all my thoughts, words and actions be filled with forgiveness. Let it be here and now

3. Practise Antidote to the Vibes of Depression

According to Dr Hawkins has also defined some levels of high vibrations while Inna Segal and Anthony Robbins proved that they can be used as an antidote to the frequencies that you have already met. Below, you will find the opposite frequency which can instantly uplift you:

• Shame is dissolved by Respect

• Guilt is overcome by Innocence

• Apathy vanishes when practising Joy

• Grief (the main symptom of depression) is destroyed by Happiness

So, for example, in the case of grief, tale your diary and write down, without thinking, what rejoices you. I know it may be hard. Start with manifestation:

• I allow myself to experience joy right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking joy in my life right now.

• I invite joy into my life right now.

Connect to Mother Earth to pacify depression

Write each of these affirmations at least 3 times and then read them aloud, preferably at the mirror. Then start writing what brings you joy right now. It may be a tiny thing, like the Sun outside or singing birds. You can ab also joyful being able to walk or write.

Prepare a poster with these affirmations and place in the visible place in your house. You can also place them under your pillow to stimulate your subconscious mind during sleep.

Then, while working and going out, start to notice any reason that may induce joy.

Work with other frequencies in this same way:

Shame

• I allow myself to experience respect right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking respect in my life right now.

• I invite respect into my life right now.

Guilt

• I allow myself to experience innocence right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking innocence in my life right now.

• I invite innocence into my life right now.

Grief

• I allow myself to experience happiness right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking happiness in my life right now.

• I invite happiness into my life right now.

Fear

• I allow myself to experience love right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking love in my life right now.

• I invite love into my life right now.

Desire

• I allow myself to experience gratitude right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking gratitude in my life right now.

• I invite gratitude into my life right now.

Anger

• I allow myself to experience peace right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking peace in my life right now.

• I invite joy into my life peace now.

Pride

• I allow myself to experience acceptance right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking acceptance in my life right now.

• I invite acceptance into my life right now.

Resentment

• I allow myself to experience forgiveness right now.

• I remove the patterns blocking forgiveness in my life right now.

• I invite forgiveness into my life right now.

4. Meditation

Once you have discovered the level of vibration typical for your life and its antidote, the time has come to give it to God and the beings of Light.  Connect with them during meditation. Find a peaceful, undisturbed place, close your eyes, and visualise being in a peaceful, beautiful place.

Then take your low vibration and illuminate it with Divine White Light – or choose any colour of the rainbow, of a given chakra (i.e., red, orange, yellow green, pink, blue, indigo purple). You can also see how God and other beings are taking this negative vibration from you and instead, you are filled with the antidote. At the end of meditation, bask yourself in the Sun, Water, Air, and the energy of Earth.

Apart from general journaling, you can add affirmations and manifestations. Also, transform the low frequencies into the opposite, e.g., fear into love.
