This blog post may seem to be short, which is unusual for this website. However, if you expand the bars inserted below, the 25 tips on how to awaken your happy life will emerge.
Because this blog is holistic and the categories overlap one another, you need to work on all these categories to feel happy.
What Does it Mean to Awaken a Happy Life?
Everyone has a different definition of happiness. For some, it will be a successful job, to be a millionaire; others will feel happy in a harmonious relationship or being healthy.
I will not tell you which kind of happiness is right or wrong. You need to define it yourself. However, to be truly happy, there is more than one pillar of happiness like more than one leg of a table.
25 Tips to Use to Awaken Happy Life
I have decided to group these 25 pieces of advice into five categories because it would be too long to list them in one go. Furthermore, it will be easier for you to awaken your happy life by working with a particular category. Some of these pieces of advice will be linked to previous articles so that you can find more information.
These tips have been proven and tested by me through all the time I seal with self-help and spirituality.
Practise intermittent fasting
Drink at least 2 litres of water
Stay in the sunshine for at least 30 minutes a day
Avoid sugar
Eat smaller portions
Once a year do a body detox (colon, liver, kidneys, blood and joints)
Check your vitamins and element levels in your body regularly
Supplement with the vitamins and elements in the case of their deficiency
Practise exercises a minimum of three times a week (workouts)
Do 10,000 steps a day walking
Release tension from your body through massage
Use zootherapy to heal your illnesses
Use peaceful music to heal your body
Walk barefoot
Swim in the lake or the sea
Listen to healing music
Do breaks at work and move during them
Get a massage
In the case of a negative thought, say 'It's not mine."
You can also say 'I disempower you right now.'
Never hold a negative thought for more than 5 seconds
Take ten deep breaths if a negative thought emerges
Channel negative emotions through crying
Vent your anger through kicking, hitting and shouting
Put your negative thought into the bin and burn in the Purple Divine Flame
Combat depression
Overcome addictions by practising affirmations
Learn how to overcome voices in the head - coming soon
Practise focusing on your goals and dreams
Never give up, believe in your divine strength
Talk to your inner child
Use Solfeggio frequencies to soothe your mood
