This blog post may seem to be short, which is unusual for this website. However, if you expand the bars inserted below, the 25 tips on how to awaken your happy life will emerge.


Because this blog is holistic and the categories overlap one another, you need to work on all these categories to feel happy.


What Does it Mean to Awaken a Happy Life?


Everyone has a different definition of happiness. For some, it will be a successful job, to be a millionaire; others will feel happy in a harmonious relationship or being healthy.


I will not tell you which kind of happiness is right or wrong. You need to define it yourself. However, to be truly happy, there is more than one pillar of happiness like more than one leg of a table.


25 Tips to Use to Awaken Happy Life


I have decided to group these 25 pieces of advice into five categories because it would be too long to list them in one go. Furthermore, it will be easier for you to awaken your happy life by working with a particular category. Some of these pieces of advice will be linked to previous articles so that you can find more information.


These tips have been proven and tested by me through all the time I seal with self-help and spirituality.

  1. Sleep at least 7 hours a day

  2. Eat to be full but not overfed

  3. Practise intermittent fasting

  4. Drink at least 2 litres of water

  5. Stay in the sunshine for at least 30 minutes a day

  6. Avoid wheat

  7. Avoid sugar

  8. Eat smaller portions

  9. Once a year do a body detox (colon, liver, kidneys, blood and joints)

  10. Heal your body through numbers

  11. Heal your body through colours

  12. Heal your body through manifestations

  13. Check your vitamins and element levels in your body regularly

  14. Supplement with the vitamins and elements in the case of their deficiency

  15. Practise exercises a minimum of three times a week (workouts)

  16. Do 10,000 steps a day walking

  17. Release tension from your body through massage

  18. Use zootherapy to heal your illnesses

  19. Use peaceful music to heal your body

  20. Walk barefoot

  21. Swim in the lake or the sea

  22. Listen to healing music

  23. Do breaks at work and move during them

  24. Give an outlet to stress

  25. Get a massage

Meditation
