This article will describe the ways that will create unbreakable self-confidence. Some of them may be challenging though. You will also need some time to implement these ways.

10 Effective Ways to Boost Self-Confidence


Before I continue, let's check what you have already done. This is what I described a week ago:


  • Identify how your self-confidence was punctured.

  • List all the messages that kill your self-confidence.

  • Realise your past life fears.

  • Accept your life choice.

  • Apply universal laws.

  • Design your life plan and set achievable goals.

  • List and read your achievements.

Now let's come to the point. How can you boost self-confidence and take action?


1. Practise Mirror work


You can practise acceptance in the mirror. Condition a new message by repeating affirmations and looking deeply into your eyes., preferably a couple of times a day at first. You can say the following formula:


I accept and love my choice, my body. Of all the bodies, I have chosen this one, and it will be my beloved body that will lead me to realize all my dreams, and goals in life and perform many miracles in my life. I love my body, I accept my body, I accept my choice, and I accept everything that has happened to me so far. - Aron

2. Take Care of Your Body


Once you have accepted your life and your body, prepare and implement a plan of self-care. I mean nutrition, sleep, exercise, exposure to sunshine, positive thinking, avoiding stress, self-compassion and many more. Self-care means respect for your body.


In particular, beware of your thoughts and emotions. Make a written self-care plan and commit yourself in front of the mirror. Also, apologise for the recent lack of self-care and negligence of your body's needs by saying in front of the mirror, looking deeply into your eyes:


I apologize to myself for doing this so far, but it was necessary for me to regain my faith in myself and perform a miracle. From today I will take care of my body and start with... (items on the list of self-care)I will ake care of myself.

3. Master your Mind - New Tools


As your mind has been programmed to kill self-confidence, the time has come to unlearn the programs based on fear and blockages, especially starting with 'I can't...' or 'I'm afraid...' The main rule is FOCUS ONLY ON WHAT YOU WANT, YOUR DREAMS AND GOALS. You can say, in the case of doubt and fear:


I want... (your dream, goal). What blessing is going to happen?

Watch your thoughts and self-talk. Changing them, your aura will radiate with high vibrations and you will attract such people and things. Some people may still want to kill your self-confidence and lower your vibrations. Prove to them that you are a different person, saying


I have changed. What has entered into you?

Your mind may sabotage you by saying 'I don't have time, it's hard to do it, you're not in my shoes, you have no idea what I've been through, you don't know my life, my situation.' Then talk to your mind, saying:


My dear mind, I am reprogramming you. Don't disturb, just help. Throw away the old system and create a new reality here.

You can also burn negative thoughts in the bin. Do a ritual. Write down any negative thoughts sabotaging your self-confidence and put them in your bin. Then light a candle and say


I am taking away and disarming the negative power of these thoughts. Let the flames of Divine Fire burn them into Light. Let it be here and now.

Say it with faith and confidence and then burn the content of your bin in the fireplace or shred it into little pieces and bring it to the Recycle Bin outside your house, with your intention to eliminate these thoughts. This ritual will be proof to your mind that negative thoughts have been destroyed.

4. Reward Yourself for Achieved Goals


Pursuing your goals will be more effective if you start rewarding yourself for each achieved goal. It can be just an exclamation 'I have done it!' 'Well done'. However, plan your rewards and be persistent in rewarding yourself.


5. Confront Your Disempowering Messages


Write down all the labels, insults, and stings and read them in front of the mirror. Observe your body's reactions and your mind which will probably 'boil itself'. Moreover, read these messages and focus on your reactions. Then use one of these methods to disarm these thoughts and heal the underlying emotions:


  • Transform these thoughts into Love and Light. Put your hand on your heart and think of someone you love. Feel the love dissolving these messages.

  • Connect to your inner child and notice how he/she is hurt by these messages. Cuddle this part of yourself, telling how much you love him/her.

  • You can also visualise White Divied Light dissolving each of these messages.

  • Talk to your mind. Firstly, ask it not to sabotage you but help to pacify these messages. Secondly, after reading these aloud, perform the same ritual as the one described above in this article.

  • Use breathing exercises: inhaling peace and harmony and exhaling pain, resentment, guilt and any emotions and thoughts.

  • Disempower these thoughts saying that you are taking away the power from them and transforming it into love.

6. Take Acid Tests with Courage and Faith


After you have practised the tools described above, the Universe will send you an acid test, checking how well you have mastered self-confidence. You can meet people who will belittle you or call you names, discourage you from pursuing your goals and question your strength.


You will also encounter some sabotaging thoughts in these situations. Now you decide if the old pattern will still take power over you or transform it into Light and Love. You can also say to the offender:


Thank you for being in my life, for yours tings, insults and offending me. Thank you for teaching me self-confidence that is in me, the divinity that is in me. So you can continue to play your part, but your words, your stings will not work anymore, because I understood why we came together into this life, why you are in my life.

Beware of your mind though as it will still try to sabotage your efforts and words. This statement has to be said with self-confidence and the belief that you CAN detach from the stings or insults.


Your mind may use guilt, remind you of all your flaws, and push your buttons of fears and insecurities. But you can control your mind. use the tools above to pacify it.


And do not forget to thank yourself for the test. Even if you failed and the old patterns were too strong to overcome, your buttons pushed and triggered, thank yourself for the COURAGE of taking this test.


And of course, in the case of victory, record it in a special diary. Reward yourself for the effort taken.


7. Overcome Your Mental Program of Failure and Loss


I have already written one article about this mental program and have given you some tools to overcome it. Check it out here. In the shortest, the mental program of failure and loss makes you afraid of losing something or someone. Moreover, you consider it a life failure.


What can you do? Again, in the shortest, transform this program into profit, whenever you lose money, your house, your job, or someone you love. What can you learn from this event? What kind of profit have you got?


Exercise


Close your eyes and look in your memories for the worst events, hurts, traumas, tragedies, bad luck, and misfortunes in your life, when you lost someone or something. Smile at these events and say:


IT WAS A GAIN IN MY LIFE, BECAUSE IT HAS SHOWN ME ONE LAW OF THIS UNIVERSE – "WHAT DOES NOT KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER, THERE IS NOTHING BAD THAT WOULD NOT TURN OUT GOOD". - Aron

You have gone through it, you are still alive, so you have had the strength to face the test of failure and loss and now focus not on these uncomfortable memories, but on the strength and courage that is within you. Say aloud, looking into the mirror:


I HAD THE COURAGE TO EXPERIENCE THAT TEST! WHERE DO I HAVE THE STRENGTH TO FACE THIS TEST? I'M THE LIGHT, I'M THE WONDER, I'M THE DIVINE BEING, I'M PART OF THE WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT DIVINE PLAN, I'M PART OF THE NEW GAME IN WHICH I'M CREATING MY LIFE, SO I'M GOING TO FOCUS ON THAT FORCE NOW AND IT WILL GIVE ME THE COURAGE TO CHANGE MY LIFE. - Aron

Every time you face an acid test, not only this of failure and loss, say this aloud in front of the mirror, visualising love and strength:


I BELIEVE IN MYSELF, I CAN DO IT, I CAN, I CAN DO IT, I APPRECIATE MYSELF, I THANK MYSELF FOR HAVING THE COURAGE TO CHANGE MY WHOLE LIFE.

8. Observe Your Acid Tests Without Mental and Emotional Involvement


Look at the test as an indifferent, objective camera, recording only facts. The facts reach further than your life and present you with a broader perspective than a sting or losing someone/something. Let your camera find the value of light that you are making up right now.


For example, if someone shouts at you because of the "wrong" done (collision, noisy party, any action which breaches your boundaries), do not stir your anger. Instead, say:


My dear, so far such an event has caused in me such irritation, anger and aggression as in you. But I've learned that aggression, anger, and irritation show that we can't control our emotions. And they do not settle anything, they destroy our health. So let's look at this situation again. I will present my facts, you see your facts. However, to decide who is right here is... (police, accountant, doctor, lawyer etc.). If we do not agree, we do not start talking to each other like people, then at this point, a policeman/accountant/doctor/lawyer will pass, etc. And he will take care of everything. But ask yourself: is this a reason to shout, curse and call names? I wish you a smile, peace, joy and happiness.


If you feel any negative emotion as a result of the test, use the breathing technique to raise vibrations and transform this emotion into love and light.


9. Wish Your Wrongdoers All the Best


This is a very advanced technique because most people are unable to wish well someone who has robbed, insulted or cheated on them. But when you know that everything has a purpose in this world it is easier to accept the test and forgive. So what can you do?


At the moment when people stick pins, attack, or extinguish, in addition to staying calm and smiling, you should learn to wish them all the best. It relieves tension because no one argues with someone who wishes him happiness or joy.


Moreover, then people begin to change their way of speaking, and behaviour. They go from shouting to calming down, apologizing, and then confessing.


However, it may be hard at first. Say to yourself


I KNOW, I CAN, I CAN. I HAVE FAITH IN MYSELF, IT BUILDS MY SELF-WORTH, IT SHOWS ME WHAT STAGE OF SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT I AM AT, SO I ASK THE UNIVERSE FOR ONE MORE TEST TO PASS IT.

10. Be Yourself at All Time


Be authentic take down all your masks. However, most people do not live according to the spiritual values. hence you risk ostracism, violence, ridicule, insults or at least a lack of understanding.


But you pay a high price, living against yourself. The brutal truth is that if you want to live in happiness and be self-confident, you need to be yourself at all times. Moreover, by being honest with yourself the Universe will be honest with you.


Of course, your mind will sabotage that idea. Pacify it saying

'Dear mind, do not sabotage me but help me.'

Bonus Tip: Meditate
